Daniel Naudé

Daniel Naudé was born in Bloemfontein on the 16th of July 1995. He attended President Steyn primary school whereafter he matriculated in 2013 at Jim Fouche High School.

He studied at the university of the Free State where he obtained his LL.B degree in 2018. After successful completing his articles at Rosendorff, Reitz Barry Attorney, he had been admitted as an Attorney of the High Court on the 25th of February 2021.

He joined Hill McHardy & Herbst INC on the 1st of August 2022 as a Professional Assistant. Shortly after being appointed as a Professional Assistant, Daniel attended and successfully completed the Advanced Trial Advocacy Training Program. On the 7th of November 2022 he had been issued with a certificate in terms of Section 25(3) of the Legal Practice Act, 2014 which conferred upon him the right of appearance in the Superior Courts.
