Born on 19 February 1993 in one of Bloemfontein's disadvantaged communities, Sechaba refused to let his circumstances define his future prospects.

He attended Karabelo Primary School and eventually completed his matric from Moemedi Secondary School in Bloemfontein in 2011. Following his matriculation, he pursued a five-year LL.B degree at the University of the Free State, which he completed in 2018.

On 07 January 2019, he began a pivotal phase in his career with his two-year tenure as a Candidate Attorney at Hill, McHardy & Herbst Inc. This period culminated in his admission as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa on 18 February 2021.

Renowned for his literary prowess, he has furthered his legal expertise and honed his skills after practicing as an associate from February 2021, continuing to refine his craft in the legal field. He further obtained a certificate in Advanced Trial Advocacy in July 2021, equipping him with the credentials to appear in the High Court, the Supreme Court of Appeal, and including the Constitutional Court.

His passion for the law and problem-solving is evident in his high regard for clients and his diligent execution of his responsibilities. He specializes in a range of areas, including civil litigation, labour law, correspondent matters, contract drafting, commercial litigation, family law, delictual law, and debt collection, among many others.

Due to his consistent track record and leadership qualities, he was appointed as a Director at the firm, effective from 01 July 2024. He has a wonderful blend of interests that reflect a deep appreciation for nostalgia and vintage. His passion for classic Mercedes-Benz cars suggests a love for quality craftsmanship and timeless design. Treasuring family time and enjoying good music shows he values the simple, yet profound pleasures in life.
